Right now we’re looking for 15 exceptional graduates to fill these roles and join our award-winning teams in Nottingham or London.
The roles
Business analysts are thinkers and strategists. So your role will be to identify ways to optimise our business and come up with ideas that’ll shape the future our industry. To do that, you’ll have access to in-depth information about customer behaviour, and support from some of the brightest senior people in the industry.

Who we’re looking for
For us, personality is just as important as performance. We look for people with leadership potential, and the passion and enthusiasm to get things done. On the academic side, you’ll need a 2.1 or above in a numerate subject and ABB grades at A level (or equivalent), preferably including maths.
Salary and benefits
Our competitive base salary starts at £32,000 (Nottingham) or £35,000 (London). And that’s just for starters. We also offer a generous £10,000 signing on bonus, an annual performance-related bonus, great non-contributory pension benefits, free medical insurance, 25 days’ holiday, share purchase option schemes and quarterly teambuilding trips.
