Within this context, the corporate HR development team creates a new position for an International Talent Acquisition Manager (M/F), based at HQs in Paris.

      Mission
Reporting directly to the Corporate Recruitment & International Mobility Director, you will :
- Develop a global vision of present & future key needs in collaboration with the business unit HR Directors and regional management teams concerned.
- Design and implement a coherent international talent sourcing strategy (partnerships with leading international academic institutions, external benchmarking & consulting, networks, events…,) to ensure successful visibility and recognition for the SODEXO group as an Employer of Choice.
- Manage the selection and recruitment process for international managers & executives, adapting the best approach for both internal and/or external searches.
- Monitor the quality and coordinate the integration process with the business entities concerned.
- Participate in transversal corporate HR projects.
      Profile
- High academic achiever with 10 -12 years of professional experience, a significant period in corporate HR, international recruitment and/or in a reputable consultancy.
- Solid experience in selection and evaluation, with a very business oriented approach.
- Ability to carry out interviews and prepare interview reports in English is essential
- Good working knowledge of French is necessary, plus knowledge of an Asian language would be a real asset, but is not a pre-requisite.
- Significant experience working outside of your country of origin, with a preference for Asia
- Open to Mobility (punctual international travel …)
